Article 1: Scope of application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Healthy at Home network. Is considered as "client" any natural or legal person making with the company Healthy at Home an order validated via our secure payment platform, or by check or cash.

Article 1a: Age limit

Age restrictions apply: The company Healthy at Home only accepts clients over 16 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars). We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world. Any subscriber to the newsletter who does not meet these criteria (age over 16) will be immediately deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be immediately reimbursed and a return of the product (s) concerned will be required.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to the company Healthy at Home implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

The prices are indicated in US Dollars all taxes included, excluding shipping and processing of your order. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. You can pay by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). We do not accept American Express. Secure online payment by credit card is made through the company PayPal. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport over the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of the company PayPal and cannot be attributed to us.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the email address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter).

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you. We declare all of our files to the National Commission for Data Protection. By adhering to these general conditions of sale, you acknowledge having read our personal data protection policy and consent to our collection and use of this data. By entering your email address on one of our network sites, you will receive emails containing information and / or promotional offers concerning products published by the company Healthy at Home or by other partners. You can unsubscribe at any time. You just have to click on the link at the end of our emails. -Can the Licensee change the name of the course, Simply Passive, inside the course if I sell registration into your course? No.

-You may add to the name and brand around the product but the product that is accessed through this method stays named Simply Passive. You can rebrand around it for sales and marketing purposes but the product that users will access if you sell a registration link will stay Simply Passive.

-Will the Licensee receive the source files of Simply Passive? NO

-Will the Licensee be able to download and edit the original source files? NO

-Will the Licensee responsible for providing their own payment processor, and providing customer service to those you bought Simply Passive? YES

-Can the Licensee include the Product in a bundle or package and sell it at a higher price? YES

-Can the Licensee sell the Product for a lower price or discount? NO

-Can the Licensee distribute the Product for free? NO

-Can the Licensee offer the Product as a bonus to another product being sold? NO

-Can the Product be sold on auction sites such as eBay.com? NO

-Can video training included in the Product be modified in any way? NO

-Is the minimum sale price for the Product $387 USD? YES

-Can the Licensee sell the Product at any price point above $387 USD? YES

-Can discounts be applied to the Product's sale price? YES, provided that the discounted price does not fall below the minimum sale price of $387 USD. We recommend $687 discounted down to $387 USD.

-Can the Licensee sell the Simply Passive and offer a promo? NO. Simply Passive must marketed, listed & sold for a minimum of $387 USD.

-Promos such as gift cards back and cash back are not allowed & will result in removal from the course.

-You may offer your own digital products, services or 1-on-1’s as bonuses.
